Lens

Soon a new lens will be here and hopefully photography will go back to its normally scheduled programming! The point and shoot is doing a fairly decent job for now, but I'm looking forward to getting back into my "real" camera! So for now here are a few things that have been going on around here....

Practicing for baby! We had the carseat up in the rafters of the garage and when we went to Tahoe last weekend it came down with the skis so we figured with only a few months to go until baby is here, might as well come in the house!

Dress up continues as you see, with Christmas gifts from Auntie Kim, Uncle Seth, Grandma Rachel and Grandpa Fred!

Tahoe

Headed off to Tahoe this past weekend and it was beautiful, cold and fun!

Can't go wrong with a pool, even if it is outdoors and it was in the 20s or below outside......yea, the girls and Josh are way tougher than me!

Ready for skiing! If only they made stuff small enough for Maggie, she would've been out there!

Gretta went for her 2nd year and did a great job and had some time with daddy all to herself!

While Maggie and mom got to hang out!

Then Josh got some time to himself for the afternoon while the girls and I just hung out.

A little walking around all together...

And the trip was complete!

Christmas 2012

Alright, here we have another video for you! Thought it was a fun idea (stolen from a dear friend!) to do this since I was not the best at taking pictures this year. Mostly because both of my cameras were acting up so all I used was our point and shoot, and nothing is wrong with that, but I felt like I didn't take as many or pay attention as much to what I was taking. So while some I'm happy with some of the pictures, there are many moments I feel I missed capturing! I guess I was also trying to live in the moment more and not be constantly taking pictures but I definitely am kicking myself now that there weren't a few more. Anyway! Somehow setting the pictures I did take to music makes me feel a little better! I can only imagine next year with 3 little ones! Which, speaking of, we are super excited that we're going to be welcoming a little boy into our family in just a few short months!! Its kind of odd knowing that its a boy since we didn't find out with the girls. It seems like he should be here already since we're used to finding out what baby is when they are born!

Holiday Rush

Of course we had a wonderful Christmas full of pictures, fun, family and friends, but we just got back so haven't sorted through them yet. To tide you over, here's a little video of some baby news! Hopefully I'll get back on track with the blogging soon!
